Jennifer Rodefeld has a master’s degree in Social Work and over 17 years experience working in an innovative long term care model to help support people with disabilities.
Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin and qualified in the Myer’s Briggs Personality Indicator. In her professional career, she has gained extensive experience in implementation and expansion of new programs, non-profit leadership, and organizational development.
She is passionate about empowering practitioners with the tools they need to support consumers. She also deeply enjoys helping people explore their own strengths, natural tendencies, and style through the Myer’s Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She finds a great deal of satisfaction in being able to utilize the MBTI to strengthen teams, promote leadership development, enhance communication skills, develop needed tools for coping with change, and many of the countless other uses of the MBTI.
Jennifer has been described as a warm, engaged, knowledgable and genuine presenter who is absolutely loves facilitating personal development in others. Currently, Jenny is pursuing membership in the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
